    Hello Alecka,
First, I would like to say thank you for bringing up such a vital topic. Many people are unaware of how important gut health is for their overall health. You did amazingly in breaking down the specific roles fiber, prebiotics, and probiotics play in your gut. AMAZING JOB!

Hi, Alecka! To be honest, I had never heard of prebiotics prior to reading your article! I feel like Americans are under-educated on nutritional facts. After reading, though, I recognize the importance of fiber especially! You broke down everything well enough that even a non-science person like me could understand it. I will be adding fiber to my diet thanks to you! Amazing job!

I really enjoyed learning about gut health, fiber, probiotics, and prebiotics and it was easy to understand how they are connected with each other. Your infographic was very organized and easy to follow the role of each microorganism. My article focused on poverty in India, so I guess people in poverty suffer from obtaining these vital nutrients. I would like to start to try gut health checklist and keep my body healthy. Thank you so much for sharing such informative explanations about gut health!
