Carissa Hernandez

Hello! My name is Carissa, I am a junior and I major in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology. I love learning about the nutritional side of how the body functions and how it correlates with the physical exercise aspect. As someone who pursues a future in an Occupational Therapy setting I strive to see how we can treat and prevent different illnesses and diseases to provide a better way of living.
