What I liked most about this infographic is how it breaks down a topic that usually feels overwhelming, into like smaller steps. It clearly explains not just what a calorie deficit is, but why it works. The part about subtracting 300–500 calories made the process feel doable, and I thought the healthy habits section at the end was a great, practical touch.
