    Hi Samantha,
I really like how this infographic explains that dividing powers helps keep justice fair and balanced. It shows that when different branches of government share authority, it prevents any one group from having too much control. The visuals make the idea easy to understand, and it’s a great reminder that checks and balances are what protect everyone’s rights.

Hello, Samantha I thought your infographic was great; the color palette made it easy to read and very informational. I think it was excellent how you used actual instances and examples to illustrate due process and the separation of powers. If I were to make any recommendations, I would consider using a section title or a little image to break up some of the material so that it doesn’t feel like too much reading at once. including big headlines and headers. Overall, you did a fantastic job; it was quite fascinating and informative, and I could tell you worked very hard on it.

Hi Samantha! I thought your infographic was well put together and easy to read! I loved how you gave examples from both ends, how justice protects due process but also sometimes fails due process. I thought explaining what the branches do helped tie in your message but also make it simple for others who might not have known yet! Overall, great job!

Hey Samantha! Outstanding job on your infographic! You did a great job communicating the message that “the Constitution divides power among branches and guarantees due process to ensure fairness, equality, and accountability, protecting citizens’ rights by preventing government abuse.” I love how large the font is. It makes everything super easy to read, organized, and very accessible for the audience. The red, white, and blue American theme also fits perfectly with your topic and ties the whole design together nicely. One piece of advice I have is for page 2 in the “Due Process of Law” section. There’s quite a bit of empty space there, so adding an image that connects to the information could help make it feel more balanced and complete. Overall, amazing work! Your infographic is clear, visually appealing, and effectively communicates its message.

Hello Samantha, really good job on your infographic. I liked how you discussed both instances of legislative and judicial action, and how you also talked about times when due process was not followed in the United States. My only recommendation would be maybe to provide a bit more explanation when you change concepts of how your concepts fit together. But that’s minor, overall great job.

    Hi Samantha!
Great infographic! I really liked the images you included, and the font size made it easy and enjoyable to read. You incorporated valuable information throughout, such as the amendments, due process, and historical court cases. One suggestion I have would be to add a table of contents to help readers navigate the text more easily. Since you provide such important and detailed information, I occasionally felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of text presented back-to-back. A clear structure or visual break could make it even more engaging and accessible.

    Hi Samantha,
This is a great infographic! Your choice of font size and color scheme makes it both visually appealing and easy to read. I especially appreciated your inclusion of images of real people, which added a personal and engaging touch, and your reference to Chief Justice Roberts was particularly entertaining. One suggestion would be to include a title on the first page before delving into the details of the separation of powers so the reader knows where you are starting. Perhaps you could further emphasize the executive branch, much like you did with the judicial and legislative branches. Your discussion of the post–Civil War era was a strong highlight, especially in noting how the denial of justice served as a means to restore white supremacy and restrict the rights of newly freed Black citizens. I enjoyed learning about the real-world applications of due process and how they connect to the separation of powers. Overall, this was a thoughtful and well-executed project! Great work!

    Hi Samantha,

I truly enjoyed reading your infographic. Your infographic clearly demonstrates that an immense amount of time and effort went into researching information pertaining to your principles. Due process of law and separation of powers are extremely important, and I enjoyed that you included cases to reinforce your infographic. Also, on your “Japanese American Internment” page, that was insightful! I was not familiar with that at all, and I learned something new! With that said, I was hoping you could have included information about what led to the implementation of those two principles for readers who are not familiar with the history. Overall, your infographic was amazing!

Excellent info-graph! I really like how you broke down every section with definitions followed by examples in a very organized manner. Your color scheme and images are connecting to every topic you talked about creating a very eye appealing info-graph. The court cases you decided to include are very connecting to your topics and also super informative cases that everyone should know about. Your inclusion of what happened to the Japanese American’s ties exactly into what you are arguing. Many people do not know about these camps, so I really enjoyed that you included it in your project. I would recommend maybe adding a sentence or section of what exactly you are going to be talking about before going into the Legislative branch to show what your info-graph is about. Overall, very informative and interesting information here!
