Hi! I had no idea there was such thing as “Tailoring your food/diet to your DNA!” This article offered many ways for me to better understand how I can find ways to choose my diet lifestyle and what I should and shouldn’t be eating.

Really engaging tittle, it got me intrigued in less than a second and enticed me to read the infographic. The distribution and format, especially the “Bolded” words, clearly shows the crucial ideas a reader must get from the information displayed. For example, “identifying” “sensitivities” or “allergies” to food can significantly improve one’s lifestyle. The images representing the text are very helpful in visualizing the information being transmitted.
