Your infographic on fast food’s impact on modern eating habits is very interesting and visually engaging. The comparison of portion sizes from the 1950s to today is a staggering statistic that really highlights and breaks down the message of why calorie intake has become so difficult to manage. I specifically enjoyed the “Healthier Choices” section because it actually provided actions like swapping unhealthy goods for healthy alternatives like grilled options or unsweetened tea makes the information feel practical rather than just cautionary. To enhance this further, you might consider adding a small QR code or link to a nutrition tracking resource. Great job on highlighting the importance of awareness in making better nutritional choices!

Hello! I love the information that you provided on this graphic, I find it so interesting how the United States gives bigger portion sizes compared to other countries and how the food we consume is loaded with added sodium, sugar, and calories, which makes people more likely to become addicted to highly processed food. I am very interested in health and the overall wellness of individuals, so this is a very insightful infographic. I think that adding extra statistics concerning the findings of how the changes in food within the United States have caused a decline in overall health would further prove the severity of this issue and how it devastates the population today.
