I truly appreciated the informative nature of the infographic; however, I did find it slightly challenging to read due to the colors that were selected. Despite the visual appeal, the color scheme didn’t provide enough contrast, making it a bit difficult to discern the different elements within the infographic. While the content itself was engaging, the color choice hindered the overall clarity and accessibility of the information presented.
Composting is a common practice in my hometown. Thank you for encouraging such an easy practice that promotes widespread accessible sustainability. This was done with striking colors in an informational infographic. Well done, and congrats on publication.
Thank you for placing emphasis on composting as a way of sustainable living. Composting is a common practice in my neighborhood in my hometown, and to encourage people to partake in this easy and beneficial task is great. And this info graphic was lengthy, providing the resources and information one needs as to why they should compost.
This infographic has a lot of important information, however the color of the words and background together can make it hard to read. I appreciate how you go into detail explaining what exactly composting is, this helps appeal to younger audiences helping them get involved at a young age. This can help them teach the next generation as well. It is essential we take care of our Earth.
Overall, a great infographic. The topic is very relevant and it helps provide a feasible solution to a prevalent problem in our society. I liked the color scheme, however it does feel a bit all over the place/overdone. That being said I liked the placement of the images and the information provided as I wasn’t truly informed on what composting is. I also liked how the current implementations and takeaways were provided as well
The infographic earth colors were appealing. The brown, green, yellow and mauve colors were powerful. Great job in discussing the reason why we should compost, and its benefits. You organize an abundance of information into easy-to-read blocks. Thank you for including how we can recycle and compost. The infographic is user friendly and something that I need to improve on.
I think yall did a good job on informing on how we can start our own compost. Even provided the information to get our own bins, that is good. I do think more people should get involved in this because it really is a good way to use old organic material. I’m glad St. Mary’s is taking measures to do it in their own capacity. The color scheme was well suited for the matter, and I like how you provided the pictures from the bins on what goes in and what doesn’t .
Great work! As a reaction to ecological education, this was a fantastic topic to choose because it will benefit the environment. It was easy for me to understand and acknowledge the reasons why it is our responsibility to continue and seek out new ways to support the environment. The only complaint I have about this infographic is that it is a bit too wording but other than that it was great.
I liked the color scheme, but the infographic seemed a little jumbled. The different font colors were a little messy, but the information given was great. I liked that you added in the beginning the definition of composting. I didn’t know exactly what it was and it was good that you included that instead of assuming the viewers knew what it was.
I liked your topic that you chose to do your infographic on. It relates to Civic Engagement because we as a community need to ensure that we keep our streets clean by being able to separate the types of trash so we avoid contaminating the environment. I really liked the information that you covered in this infographic but something that I would have changes would be the use of less text so I could implement more images.
