For my project on the Black Death, I aimed to create a haunting music video that captured the dark, eerie atmosphere of one of history’s deadliest plagues. I envisioned a folk-rock fusion sound paired with cryptic visuals to convey the somber mood that swept through Europe during this devastating period.
- Script and Lyric Development: To craft lyrics that suited the folk-rock genre and conveyed the gravity of the Black Death, I used Suno AI V3 to generate initial drafts, aligning the lyrics’ tone and style with the eerie theme. To ensure historical accuracy, I cross-referenced details with Claude AI, allowing me to refine the lyrics to encapsulate both the period’s atmosphere and historical context.
- Audio and Music Composition: For the musical composition, I sought a folk-rock sound that was both dark and memorable. Using Udio AI, I customized the music style to capture the historical event’s impact in a way that resonated emotionally with the theme.
- Image Creation: Before generating images, I consulted Suno AI V3 for assistance with prompt creation, ensuring I could capture visuals that aligned with my vision. Suno provided insightful guidance for generating image prompts that would yield the desired aesthetic. I then used Suno AI to create the images based on these prompts, followed by Luma to transform them into subtle, animated clips that conveyed movement and added depth.
- Editing and Assembly: Finally, I used DaVinci Resolve to synchronize the music and visuals, creating a cohesive and immersive experience that brought my vision to life.
Through a thoughtful integration of AI tools—Suno AI V3, Claude, Udio AI, Luma, and DaVinci Resolve—I successfully produced an AI-driven music video that evokes the haunting legacy of the Black Death, combining historical accuracy with atmospheric artistry.

I really liked the use of the video for this infographic. The video was edited very well and I also appreciate the way the author outlined the steps that were taken to make the music video.
