The Importance of Oxidative Stress

    As someone who’s always trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I believe that in order to maintain it , we must first see if what and how we do things can affect the body. I can see that this infographic captures that wonderfully. It first describes what oxidative stress is and why it is harmful to the body, then discusses how to avoid it and provides pertinent information on the long-term consequences of oxidative stress. I think it could have used a more decorative form of “showing” , but overall a really interesting infographic .

    I think in order to have a healthy lifestyle, we need to know why it is important and how this impacts the body. This infographic represents that beautifully. It first explains what oxidative stress is and why it’s bad for the body, then it tells how to prevent it and gives relevant information the long-term effects of oxidative stress. The infographic is simple and effective, but it could be even better by adding more icons or images that align with the text.

I like the message because it emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle to protect our brain from oxidative stress. The use of simple language and clear images makes it easy to understand. It’s a great resource for learning about how to maintain brain health.
