I really like this infographic. I think this is a topic that more people need to be educated on. One thing I learned from this article is that iron deficiency is common for kids age 1-12 years old. I really enjoyed the visuals used throughout this infographic and I think the color scheme makes it more appealing to a larger audience. I also really like that the author provided tips, not only does the infographic educate people it is also a resourceful tool for people to change and improve their diet. Overall I really enjoyed this infographic and think it is a very resourceful tool. My question would be why more people aren’t educated in this topic.

    Hi!
I love the quality of this infographic. It is clear there was a lot of research put into this, and the end result is very eye-catching. I learned a lot from this infographic, I never knew how specific food diets are based on your age group. You were able to provide a lot of information without it being too much for one to stay interested in, I liked that. Great job!

Helpful infographic. Concise yet specific information about daily dietary requirements for every age group. As a teenager, I can use these guidelines to help me shape my daily meals. I appreciate it includes not only requirements but also recommendations for maintaining consistent food choices over time. The color scheme and structure complement the infographic purpose well. Finally, the bulleted information enhanced the reading flow and made it easy to identify key points quickly.

As an individual who goes to the gym and has done some research on bulking, maintaining and cutting, this is a great infographic that can give people that are new to dieting and exercising a base to follow. Great job!

I love the colors; the graphic design just gets your attention right away. You break down the essentials for each life stage in a way that’s easy to understand and super informative. It’s great to see how you address the unique needs from childhood to seniors. I am happy that I was able to learn something new under 20 minutes!

This was very well organized! I like how you explained the importance of nutrition and then also divided the needs through age. This is very beneficial as anyone can read this and understand what their nutritional needs are. The usage of color really brings everything together and makes the audience more intrigued. Great job!

This is one of the most significant impacts information wise. We live in a country which suffers of malnutrition due to industries caring for wealth. Our food is contaminated with toxins like red 40. Our country suffers of overweight and obesity, so I am glad this infographic surface towards the world. Very detailed by doing different samples of different ages. Adding the practical tips also makes it very useful for people and even countries with low resources.

  • The infographic’s design is clear and visually appealing, with organized sections for different life stages. Bright colors and graphics make it engaging, while the text and bullet points enhance readability. The use of bold headers allows the reader to follow along easily. However, the font size could be slightly larger for better accessibility. Overall, it effectively conveys nutritional information in a user-friendly format.
