Cell Culture Technique

The instructional video on aseptic passaging of adherent cells combines advanced tools to create a comprehensive and engaging educational resource. Fliki was used to develop dynamic animations that visually demonstrate key steps of the procedure, such as cell detachment, neutralization with growth medium, and transferring cells into new flasks. These animations break down complex processes and enhance viewer understanding. BioRender contributed scientifically accurate and detailed illustrations, helping to depict cellular structures and the effects of trypsin on cells. These visuals provide clarity, enabling viewers to better grasp the biological concepts behind the technique. Lastly, ChatGPT played a role in crafting the instructional script, ensuring the language was clear, concise, and scientifically precise. The combined use of Fliki, BioRender, and ChatGPT results in a well-rounded, easy-to-follow training video that reinforces best practices for aseptic cell culture techniques in educational and research settings.
