For my project on the Roaring Twenties, I focused on creating a vibrant music video that shows the shifts of the time period. I focused on the changing roles of women, The experiences of the Harlem Renaissance, the rise of consumerism, and the stock market crash. I envisioned an upbeat, jazz sound with bright visuals to showcase the excitement and complexity of this decade.

  1. Script and Lyric Development: I created the lyrics using Suno AI V3 and ChatGPT to show the energy and social changes of the Roaring Twenties. I used Suni AI V3 as a draft for the lyrics and then fixed them with ChatGPT to ensure that the lyrics highlighted important events like the Harlem Renaissance, Women’s rights, and the Stock Market Crash event.
  2. Audio and Music Composition: For the music, I used Suno AI V3 to produce a lively jazz sound that resembled the music that was popular during that era, and that showcased the tone of the decade.
  3. Image Creation: I used Gemini Image Creator and Microsoft Image Creator to create images that will depict the new culture of women and the Harlem Renaissance, flapper fashion, jazz scenes, urban life, symbols of consumer culture, and the great depression.
  4. Editing and Assembly: Finally, I used DaVinci Resolve to create a music video that combines the music with bright images that showcase the important elements and events that happened during the 1920’s. DaVinci Resolve helped to synchronize the images with the music and adding transitions between images to create a greater effect.

By combining ChatGPT, Suno AI V3, Gemini image creator, Microsoft Image Creator, and DaVinci Resolve, I was able to produce the project that showcased the cultural shifts and elements, Social Issues, and the energy of the Roaring Twenties.
