As an aspiring future pharmacist this infographic educated me on how drug development now relies on computational tools to predict how molecules interact with targets. It shows how structural data, databases, and algorithms work together to identify potential drug candidates more efficiently, helping make the complicated process of drug development feel more approachable. As someone who hopes to be involved in the medical field, this infographic is important because it shows how drug development relies on careful analysis and evaluation before a medication even reaches patients. It also encourages me to keep going, seeing how much the pharmacy field is expanding and evolving. One way it could be improved is by including an example of drugs that were developed using these methods, which would help show the impact of these techniques.
