Artificial Appetites: The Additive Effect of Modern Eating

Acknowledgements,

I would like to thank my friends and family who have encouraged me to research this topic. The endless conversations I have had with them about the contents in our food have been crucial to my research’s development. I truly appreciate each one of them listening to my rant about how “everything processed is bad for you”. I would like to thank my professor, Dr. Lori Boies, as well as my peers who have been so helpful during the editing stage of my work. Without them, this infographic’s font would have all been in size 10 and impossible to read.

This article really opened my eyes to how additives influence modern eating habits. I liked how it connected science with everyday choices and explained the subtle ways our appetites are shaped. The writing was engaging and thought-provoking without being overwhelming. It’s a great read for anyone interested in the intersection of food, health, and industry. Excellent work!
