I am currently a fourth-year student at St. Mary’s University majoring in elementary education with a certificate in Spanish set to graduate in May 2024. After graduation, I plan to return to my hometown of Laredo, Texas and start teaching at an elementary school. In addition, I have plans to pursue a Master’s degree in English, so I can become a literacy specialist for students with reading difficulties. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading books, and going to concerts.
