    I really liked how easy this infographic was to read—everything was broken into clear sections with helpful details. The part about serotonin being produced in the stomach and how it’s considered the “second brain” really stood out. I also appreciated how it explained each food’s role, like how salmon supports memory with omega-3s and berries help with inflammation and stress. Super informative!
