This is a vital topic, and you’ve presented it with great clarity. (This is a very personal topic to me). I was particularly struck by the section on BPA and estrogen disruption, as many people don’t realize how common household items can impact fertility and PCOS. The connection between gut health and hormone balance is also an intricate touch that shows a deep understanding of the subject. (The color palette is very calming and fits the theme of women’s health perfectly by the way) . If you were to iterate on this, adding a small section on “Cycle Syncing” or specific foods for different phases of the menstrual cycle could add even more value to an already strong piece.

Hello! I loved reading your infographic and learning about how diet affects hormonal balance in women. This is such an interesting topic, and you provided a lot of helpful information regarding how food choices interact with endocrine function, reproductive health, and overall well-being of women in general. I also like how you added information about hypothyroidism and how it affects pregnancy. I think that it would have been helpful to see some sort of graph or chart concerning the data you talked about in your infographic. Great job!
