Great infographic with a very crucial topic! It presents a problem and ways people can help against making the issue larger. Good design.

Very well everyone who participated in this infographic. I was not aware that producing and manufacturing clothes required water. I am impressed by the amount of carbon emissions and water that are wasted from producing such a vast amount of clothes or textiles that will not be used. Just as you all noted, it is vital to spread awareness of the issues that low-income places have been using and producing clothes at a vast rate. People can use their clothes more wisely by not washing them too often when it is not necessary. Taking into account what fabric or textures of clothes can lead to people noting what clothes will last longer so they can contribute to protecting the environment and promoting the reduction of clothes. The fashion industry tends to promote its diversity and expression through clothes and these new designer brands, but they are also in the market of business. The economy plays an important role in this, so it is noteworthy to count the amount of need that is needed to produce such textiles, when, how, and why. The consequences of doing so will lead people to either resort to ecofriendly items or to not spend more money on buying clothes. Donating them or recycling will contribute to improving the environment and society as a whole.

This info graphic about fast fashion, is extremely crucial and relevant to today’s society, as there is an increase in consumerism in the recent years. Thank you for touching on the amount of water it takes to produce clothes, this is important information as there is a water crisis currently. Thank you for stating the issue, and providing multiple solutions and practices that can help halt the effects of this issue.

Overall, this infographic is excellent. The colors match nicely and the information flows well. I was not aware of the environmental impact our clothes have. I appreciate how this infographic highlights the environmental problems of fast fashion and provides information on alternatives. With this information out more people will become aware of the issue and can help create change.

This was a very-well designed infographic. The colors were very appealing as well as the flow of the information was very simple and therefore made it simple to take in the information provided. I particularly liked the title as well as it grabbed my attention while also hinting at what the topic would be going over. With companies like Shein and Fashion Nova and many others on sites like Instagram, I myself have noticed a drop in quality while there’s been a push for quantity to create a profit. Knowing, through the help of the infographic, the impact it has had on the home we all share makes me want to make a difference.

I really enjoyed the style and colors used in this infographic. The main point about how to be less wasteful with clothing is accentuated by the clean looking blue and white color scheme. I did not know about how prevalent the waste in the fashion industry was, that was an eye opener. I think everything flowed together very well and it looks nice. I will now try to be more aware of what I am buying in relation to the waste generated in our planet.

This infographic discusses the effects of fast fashion in a clear and simple way. It was a very useful and instructive resource, in my opinion. The color scheme, layout, and iconography used by this group are all excellent. Due to the fact that most people shop on websites for fast fashion, the topic of fast fashion needs to be covered. I appreciated how succinct, direct, and powerful everything was.

I loved the look of the infographic. It was very visually appealing and the information wasn’t too clustered. It was nice and spaced out and was an easy read. A lot of other infographics I’ve seen have been very clustered and it made me not want to read it because it looked like too much. Your information was great and was an overall very attractive infographic.

Fast fashion has become an increasing issue because of shops like SHEIN and ZARA that have gained traction with the young generations by implementing a culture that promotes not environmentally friendly stores. I believe this infographic did a great job of teaching the reader what fast fashion is, its impacts on the environment, and what we can do to lessen the carbon footprint we maintain on a daily basis.

    Hello,

Really good job with this infographic. This relates to Civic Engagement because in order for us to avoid the problem of having a lot of trash clustered together, we should invest in thing that can last longer. I really likes how everything looks very simple and it easy to understand. Something that I would have done differently would be that I would bring everything closer together because I just think it looks very spacious.
