Scientists vs Computers

I would like to thank Dr. Boies and all my classmates who provided me with feedback so that I could get my draft to where it is now.

I really liked the way this infographic explained the intersection of computational and experimental science (especially the section on reducing animal testing). As a biology student interested in pharmacology, I found the statistic comparing the 90% accuracy of computer models to the 75% accuracy of animal based tests very compelling. It highlights a significant ethical and efficiency based shift in how we approach drug development. The visual layout is very clean, though I would suggest using a slightly higher contrast color for the orange text to make it even easier to read against the blue background. Overall, this was a very informative and well organized piece that effectively explains why computers are a tool for scientists rather than a replacement.
