Good job on your project! I appreciate how you gave current and historic events to emphasize the importance of your principles. The one thing I would like to see is more information about those events, so it can help engage the readers! I also enjoyed how you explained the meaning of the Constitution being the Supreme Law of the Land and how it applies to state/local laws.

Hello James, very good job on your infographic regarding free markets and supremacy law. Your organization and flow of ideas was very effective throughout your entire infographic. One interesting change may have been to choose a more unconventional font for your title to provider a little more visual distinction. Similar to Patrick Henry, I am a believer that the government should have the least amount of influence in citizens’ personal lives and should not be too powerful. However, as mentioned in your infographic, important documents such as the constitution are needed in order to keep order within our nation. That being said, in today’s day and age I think that the federal government should enforce basic rights and standard laws, and leave much of the rest to the states with some exceptions such as health care. Amazing job on your infographic!

Very well done, it was easy to follow your principles and understand them. I think you did a really good job with your explanation of the supremacy of national law in page one, it was very clear and went straight to the point. I liked how you connected it Miranda v. Arizona to the concept of civil liberties. In page 2 where you talked about free market capitalism and it discusses the new deal, I think you should explain the shift like add more detail on the lasting constitutional changes that expanded the government’s role just so it could help us understand it better and just make it more eye catching.

James, good job on your infographic. I enjoyed the part on the first page when you talked about a constitution to protect civil liberties and maintaining order. And you went ahead to give a quote to support your claim. It’s cool to learn that supporters of the constitution that natural law was necessary to prevent local governments from infringing on citizens’ rights. I also appreciated how you connected these ideas to the broader principle of balancing individual freedoms with the need for a stable government—it really helped make the concept clear.
