I am an undergraduate student at St. Mary's University pursing a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Art and certification in Public Health, with aspirations of entering the Nursing Program. As a student with a strong background in human behavior, mental health, and patient care my goal is to combine my experiences in order to provide compassionate holistic care to patients and their families. Prior to graduating high school, I obtained an Associates of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, projecting commitment to my education and academic skills. In addition, I am a licensed Nail Technician, certified phlebotomist, and lastly CPR certified. All of which have strengthen my knowledge in human care and hands on experience of understanding patients and client care. My academic journey at St. Mary's University has allowed me to have a better understanding of how mental and physical health intersect. As I have developed a passion for helping others, in the future I plan to further my education in the healthcare field, where I can continue to grow and serve the community making a positive and meaningful impact in people's lives.

This infographic touches on facts about the harm energy drinks can cause. I was drawn to continue to read this infographic because of its effects on anxiety because I know someone who begins to feel anxious when drinking energy drinks. I think this topic is important because I had never had energy drinks until I began college and thin k awareness of healthy habits is good to know.
