I really like how this infographic shows how the growing trend of eating fast food everyday is also increasing the rate of other risks. There were things I didn’t know that fast food could do to you, such as low energy and mood changes. I also had no idea how many American adults are obese, the statistic is insane. I really like how this infographic brought awareness to the health risks that fast food can bring and I also like how there is a section on making better healthier choices when eating.

This infographic was super eye-opening. I knew fast food wasn’t great for you, but seeing the actual numbers—like over 2,000 mg of sodium in one meal—is crazy. I also didn’t realize how much it ties into bigger issues like heart disease and mood changes. The healthier choice tips at the bottom were actually helpful and feel doable. Great job overall!
