Acknowledgments: I would like to thank Dr. Lori Boies for giving me the opportunity to spread knowledge on Type 2 Diabetes. I would also like to thank my family for their support, especially as some of my closest family members have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I hope this infographic helps to spread awareness of diabetes!

With Type 2 diabetes being so common in the United States, this is a very convenient infographic to have for the use of people. I thought it was especially good that you had a list of symptoms, and then referred people to talk to a health care provider if they themselves have been experiencing any of those symptoms. Well done on your project!

Type 2 diabetes is a rampant issue in the United States, Which I’m glad you addressed. Unfortunately, type 2 diabetes runs in my family and so despite health habits or exercise it’s possible I could get it. I love reading this article cause it gave me way more information I needed to know about type 2 diabetes and how to control it.

I like how this infographic goes through the stages of explaining what exactly the topic is, how it is diagnosed and brought about, how you can know if you have it, and what can be done to combat the condition if a patient does test positive. The graphics included do a great job in signaling to viewers what is going on and what is next and the chart included allows viewers to know what to expect when a person is getting tested.

Well explained, first of all the number is big like over 37 million Americans have diabetes which is 10 percent and it is caused when more sugar is stuck in your blood and pancreas can’t produce enough insulin. By reading all the symptoms, and all of them I compared with my grandfather symptoms almost all of them were in his body.

Congratulations on your nomination. This was a very informative topic. As someone who had diabetes that runs in the family this was something that helped me understand diabetes a little better. I knew that diabetes affects your blood levels, but I didn’t know that it would cause so many symptoms. I didn’t realize how serious this disease was until now.

This infographic was very well done and the information presented was very well chosen since it was brief yet informative. I enjoyed the topic of this infographic since it spreads awareness of a common medical condition that is very widespread in the United States and I feel as if it goes undiagnosed among many.

I really liked reading this infographic because I overall really loved the design and photos that were used. Although the infographic discusses a pretty somber topic it does it in a way in which promotes positivity which is really nice. As someone who has family members who suffer from type 2 diabetes I really appreciate infographics like this because they promote awareness and they also stress the importance of check ups and recognizing when your body has an issue which is always important.

Very beautiful infographic. It was well organized and clear and could be helpful in spreading awareness about Type 2 diabetes. Complications from untreated diabetes can be very severe and a lack of awareness has caused long term health issues for people. This makes this kind of informational really important. Great work and congratulations on your nomination!

That is a scary amount of Americans if it’s only 5% away from 100%. There is a narrow window between normal results and diabetic results! Thank you for listing the symptoms so we may look out and inform others who may have a risk! This infographic is short and to the point, which is great for this world’s quick-paced mentality.

Such an exceptionally amazing infographic! I absolutely love the colorway chosen for this infographic. The information given does an amazing job of educating the audience about this topic which is incredibly important in today’s society. The challenges discussed in this infographic are certainly ones that we can overcome if we work together. This infographic and its information was one of the best I’ve seen in this category. Great job!
