Wow! I was hooked just by the title. Congratulations on your award-winning infographic! It is completely well deserved. This was relevant to recent times. It was also an easy read. Very well done.

    Hello Yairy,
I am so proud of you. Congratulations on your award. This is a great infographic topic, especially for our day in age it has. Now in society, we are constantly glued to our devices all the time. Your infographic is appealing and eye-catching, the title provides a good hook, and including statistical data is informative. I believe the pandemic also caused individuals to be more glued than they were as the world was shut down for so long. I would have loved to see more graphics to make an impact and draw more individuals in. This topic is prevalent in our society and provides awareness as well as a conversation starter as to the dangers of being addicted to social media.

Congratulations on your award. It is well-deserved. You have created a very informative infographic that, in a simple but effective display, presents such a crucial topic in our days. I can relate to the excessive usage of social media. I have encountered myself overusing it for days, and I have tried to limit my time of exposure. As a person affected, I have to say it is not that easy to “go on social media cleanse.” I have deleted some apps as a way to control my phone use, and I have had to re-install them again. Great topic and great approach! Your infographic is excellent!

This Infographic is real nice and informative. Often time we do not consider how consumed we are in Social Media but technology as a whole. When we take a second to sit down and reflect we often see a difference in the things we do. This is a very well written article

Great infographic! I gained valuable knowledge about social media and its addictive nature. The influence of social media on the world is fascinating, and it is intriguing to read about. I find it unbelievable how much of a hold it has on young people. Your work was captivating to read, and you did a fantastic job. I feel that both the younger and older generations ignore the hazards connected to prolonged use of social media platforms. Given the significant impact it has on mental health, especially in younger age groups, it’s alarming that excessive social media use isn’t addressed as much as it should be.

Addiction comes in many forms and has impacts in a very negative way on humans. Sometimes we don’t see and understand what addictions are and what they do to our bodies and minds; but they cause serious damages that not only affect them, but as well as their loved ones. When we see the impacts we need to inform others, make them aware, and find solutions that can help stop addictions; before it is too late.

This is such a great infographic on a topic that is not taken seriously enough. The use of social media has become epidemic among the younger generation, with many of them becoming addicted to social media apps. This is an extremely well-written and designed infographic that effectively conveys the critical message of how much of a problem social media has caused.

This is such a great infographic topic. People these days are addicted to their phones and forget to detach themselves from something that makes them feel something. Social media does just that and this infographic does a great job in keeping us hooked on what we liked for hours on end. I enjoy the flow of this infographic and how it looks so pleasing. I think the bold statistics really make everything stick out perfectly.

This infographic was a lot of pleasure to read. Nowadays, social media and technology are utilized on a daily basis, and it is critical to recognize that teenagers and adults might suffer from mental health concerns as a result. I am easily addicted to social media, yet it may become intrusive in some situations. I liked how you listed various methods for folks to reduce their social media usage. The time restriction one is particularly useful because you can set it directly from your phone and it will lock all social media apps you add. Overall, an excellent infographic, and the images added a lovely touch.

I thought that this infographic provided a great amount of data on social media addiction. If I had one critique, I would recommend that there be more graphics to represent the information presented. That being said, this graphic is great to educate our generation on the incredibly harmful effects of social media addiction, especially because many people have it without even realizing it.
