Eloy Cruz

I am a native of Laredo, Texas. I graduated from KIPP: University Prep High School in 2019 and I am a Criminology and Spanish Double Major at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, Class of 2023. I hope to bring joy to those around me and to those who need it the most. I live to serve. I am third.
