I love the way you formatted your infographic; it’s so clever that the phone screen shows your findings! As a generation who has grown up using phones its so important that we consider how it can affect our physical health. I definitely feel unproductive on days when I use my phone a lot, so I feel this! Great work on your research!

    Hello Chiara,
I love your infographic, and this is very informative. I had no idea that physical body pain could be manifested because of screen time. I liked that you gave specific percentages, and the graphs make it look like an iPhone.AMAZING JOB!

    Hi Chiara,
I believe I fall into the category of individuals who use their cell phones for approximately five hours a day. While I have justifications for this usage, I acknowledge that I am susceptible to spending more time on my phone than I would prefer. When considering “social development,” the main reflection for me is my limited social circle—although I do stay in contact with my grandmother in Honduras almost daily. I am interested in monitoring my screen time more consistently; however, I must admit that even when my device indicates high usage, I often overlook the alerts. Moving forward, I am committed to making more informed choices and setting appropriate limits, recognizing that such measures can be beneficial for personal mental health.

Hi Chiara! Thank you for bringing attention to this issue that we are facing off the amount of time we spend on our screens, particularly our phones. I did not know that the amount we spend on our phones can affect our health, both physically and mentally. I really like that your infographic is shaped like a phone, it is really creative. Thank you.

Hi, Chiara! Your topic of health patterns behind screen time really intrigued me. I am usually wary of giving myself too much screen time, and the facts you gave in this definitely reinforce my wariness. Also, body pain is a surprising symptom of screen time! Insomnia and headaches I understand. But body pains? Never would have guessed! Amazing work on your infographic!

Hello Chiara! Your infographic design is truly excellent and caught my attention immediately. I also appreciate how you included a specific section on health and productivity, illustrating how digital habits can eventually lead to anxiety and depression. The fact that 69% of high screen users report headaches and insomnia is deeply concerning and serves as a powerful eye-opener regarding how technology impacts us. Great job!
