Fentanyl has been more in the news in recent years with the rise of its use in the streets to cut other drugs. While most of its uses are in a legal way like in anesthesia as the infographic says. I think this infographic is a smart way to inform people of the more lethal/illegal uses of the drug while also informing people of general drug overdose signs.

Anissa, excellent job presenting the seriousness of fentanyl in a clear and visually impactful way. I find it deeply disturbing how prevalent fentanyl has become in today’s culture, especially knowing that as little as two milligrams can be potentially lethal. It genuinely makes me feel unsafe attending social events at night, particularly with how often we hear stories of individuals being drugged at clubs after leaving their drinks unattended. With fentanyl circulating so heavily among younger populations, I believe naloxone (Narcan) should be readily available in public establishments to potentially save lives. Overall, this presentation was extremely impactful and should be printed and distributed across college campuses.

I love how simple, but effective this infographic is especially when it comes to it’s diverse audience. Fentanyl is a problem more prevalent than ever and more attention needs to be brought to it in this day and age. I like how you included the tips about overdosing and the use of naloxone, more commonly known as Narcan. Overall, great infographic as I can see this as a poster in common areas such as hospitals!

This infographic really stood out to me because the fentanyl crisis feels very real and close to home, especially when thinking about how it impacts families and entire communities. I appreciated how clearly the information was presented, especially the statistics and visuals that made the seriousness of the issue easy to understand. The section on overdose awareness felt especially meaningful. One possible improvement could be adding a short list of support resources or prevention programs to guide readers who want to help or learn more. Overall, this was powerful, informative, and thoughtfully designed.

Dear, Anissa. I hope my reply finds you well.
I had an idea of how dangerous fentanyl could be, but reading your infographic shocked me. It is scary to think that such a small amount can be lethal, and it really opened my eyes to how widespread and deadly this issue has become. I know this is a topic that has been very talked about in recent years, but I believe our fight against fentanyl is not over. Your effort to raise awareness is so important, especially with how easily this drug can come in different forms. Thank you for sharing such crucial information and trying to save lives.
    Great job!

Many do not know how to recognize an overdose so it is beneficial that you provided a list with symptoms to look out for. It is mind-blowing to see how deadly fentanyl can be with only 2 milligrams and how many overdoses occur daily. Your infographic is an easy read and very informative for someone wanting to know about fentanyl.

Hello Anissa, I have a special appreciation for articles and infographics such as yours that highlight this hard to talk about topic. It’s interesting to read that Fentanyl continues to be prescribed for severe pain management when it is 100 times stronger than morphine. As someone who personally lost a loved one due to fentanyl, the number of deaths from this drug in 2021 sadly did not come as a surprise. I believe this is a very serious topic all should be aware of, specifically the overdose symptoms should be taught so that everyone is aware of what to look out for.

Such an important topic and infographic. You clearly state what fentanyl is and how dangerous just a small amount can be fatal. I feel the photo showing a potentially lethal dose of fentanyl on the pencil tip is very powerful. I also appreciate how you put this issue into perspective by showing how many people have passed and continue to pass daily as well as how to recognize an overdose. Great infographic.

This infographic is perfect for showcasing the danger of the use of fentanyl. It highlights what fentanyl is, in what forms it can come in, and how harmful it can be. The statistics are important to relay because it is a large number and there have been incidents where cops are simply exposed to it and are in harm’s way.
