For my AI podcast project, I combined several advanced tools to create an engaging and informative episode centered on the Great Depression, specifically focusing on the struggles in “Hoovervilles.” The podcast features a fictional debate-style interview with President Herbert Hoover, exploring both his efforts and his ultimate failure to effectively respond to the economic crisis.
  • Script Development: I used ChatGPT to craft a balanced, debate-style script that presents both sides of Hoover’s actions during the Great Depression, highlighting how he attempted to make a difference but ultimately fell short.
  • Audio and Music Creation: For the voiceovers, I used ElevenLabs to generate realistic AI voices. I also used Suno AI to compose original background music that fit the tone of the episode.
  • Visual Creation: Once the script was finalized, I used Magic Hour AI to generate custom images that matched the themes and scenes in the podcast.
  • Editing and Assembly: I used CapCut to sync the voiceovers with the visuals, making sure transitions between different speakers were smooth and natural. Then, I brought everything together in DaVinci Resolve, where I added visual effects to enhance the final presentation.
This project blends history with cutting-edge AI tools to create a compelling and thought-provoking listening experience.
