This infographic is so amazing and should be talked about more. The amount of information and detail that was put into this article is impressive. The research speaks for itself and it’s something that i feel like some people don’t pay attention to enough in other generations today. I feel like this was all well put and easy to read, the realness was easy to pay attention to and i appreciate this being done. It got straight to the point and was over all great to read. Thank you for writing about this important topic and congratulations on your award.

Brianna your infographic was well on point! The information presented was easy to understand and the graphics really helped to drive home the key points. I also think it’s great that you addressed a topic that isn’t talked about enough mental health in adolescents. It’s important that we raise awareness and break the taboo around depression in teens.

Hello Brianna! Firstly congratulations on the award for this article. The visuals are very simple and not distracting at all to the eye. The way this graphic is set up allows for an easy flow of where to look and where to draw information from. The statistics and definitions of this are nice to be placed first, and not only this, but the symptoms to look for in teens with depression are added. This touch is not only informative but also useful in the real world. The second half of this graphic allows others to implement newly found knowledge into the real world, which is what I feel makes this article so great. Congratulations!

Very interesting and informative infographic! I really liked that this infographic touches base on depression especially in teens. The reason is because depression in teens is something very common nowadays and at times it even seems to be ignored. I also love that it includes the symptoms and treatment options because at times as teens we are scared to reach out for help, Great Infographic!

Wow what a great article. This is such an important topic that needs to be covered as so many people struggle with depression. It is a serious thing that sometimes is taken with a grain of salt when people need to understand how severe it can be. I am so glad you listed out all of the symptoms and step by step process on how to get help and what kind of treatments can be done. Overall such a great job speaking about mental health as it does matter!!

It does make me happy that mental health has gotten attention over the years because it has always been an issue, but wasn’t taken seriously especially in the 20th century. Although much of the modern day world has started to diagnose and treat mental health, there are still certain countries and cultures that do not believe in mental health treatment, and that really saddens me because some people do need help. Hopefully in the future, those people do change their ways.

The arrangement of this graphic makes it clear where to look and where to receive information. The numbers and categories are useful at first, and the indications to watch for in depressed children are also provided. This feature is not only intriguing, but also useful in the real world. I appreciate how you covered all of the symptoms, as well as the step-by-step process for obtaining treatment and what therapies are available. Overall, you did a fantastic job highlighting mental health, which is really important!!

Your infographic on depression is something on the refreshing, straightforward side of informative pieces I’ve read. While many infographics tend to be long-winded, you managed to show a lighthearted composition of info into an award! This is truly something to learn that such a young age group is disproportionately affected by this issue, particularly when there is such a significant divide between the impact on women and men. Glad this was Awarded in Social Sciences
